Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join an acute / academic medical center in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in both acute care and outpatient settings, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure : Current NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
  • Experience :
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in acute care & outpatient settings (required)
  • Technical Skills : Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide occupational therapy services in acute and outpatient settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
