In this role, you’ll :

✅ Lead plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality

✅ Drive Lean Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives

✅ Apply engineering principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs

✅ Oversee strategic planning, capital investments, and resource allocation

✅ Inspire and develop a high-performing operations team

What We’re Looking For :

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (advanced degree or Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred)

⚙️ 10+ years of manufacturing operations or plant management experience

💡 Proven leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
