Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases : Ortho, Urology, OB, and healthy Pediatrics

No neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases

Comfortable 1 : 7 weekend call rotation

Protected post-call day off and 3-day weekend following weekend call

Up to $200K student loan repayment or $100K starting / retention bonuses

Annual bonus incentives up to $15K
