Job Description
Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site staff, fostering strong communication and coordination. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and project-specific regulations. Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Conduct inspections and monitor workmanship to meet client and company standards. Represent the company professionally in all interactions with school boards, municipal agencies, and community stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of Superintendent experience with a proven background in K-12 and municipal projects. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to solve problems proactively and maintain composure under pressure. OSHA certification and knowledge of local building codes preferred. A team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
