Looking for a chance to lead projects that shape culture, leadership, and employee experience? As the Project Manager for HR Initiatives & Leadership Program Logistics, you'll have the opportunity to travel to our various markets across the United States, sometimes up to two weeks per month, coordinating the logistics for leadership cohort programs and ensuring smooth, high-quality experiences for participants.

In addition, you'll manage other key HR projects and initiatives that support our people strategy and drive organizational impact. You'll work closely with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to handle all aspects of program logisticsfrom travel and accommodations to event coordinationwhile also contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Fast-paced, highly visible, and travel-rich, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and making a tangible impact across the organization.

The starting pay range for this position is :

$97,200.00 - $129,300.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
