S2F Student Assistant 2
Provides telephone and email customer service; coordinates communication of technology and facility service requests using phone, email, chat, and radio channels in a 24-hour call center environment; provides first-line identification, analysis, routing, and resolution of issues, dispatches service technicians appropriately; monitors and communicates facility control and alarm issues; troubleshoots basic IT, password, and networking issues; takes responsive action to reported issues and ensures appropriate resolution; conducts follow-up communication with customers; follows standard communication, troubleshooting, and documentation procedures; displays a professional and courteous manner at all times; employs excellent verbal and written communication skills; shares information and collaborates with other staff; assists with shadowing and training of new employees; gives feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and reduce knowledge gaps; attends trainings and meetings as needed; participates in supporting special events or projects as assigned; performs other office duties as assigned. A successful candidate will enjoy remote work options, flexible scheduling, and the availability to work a minimum of 12 hours a week, including nights and weekends.
Additional Information :
Starting Rate : $13.65.
This is an entry level role and we will provide necessary training. Successful completion of a background check required.
