KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist, Oracle EPM to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2 / 3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
- Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
- Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements
- Assess client requirements and build product-specific functional specifications
- Drive efficiency by continuously improving business processes and task automation
- Collaborate with diverse onshore / offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications :
Minimum two years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal / external clientsBachelor's degree from an accredited college / university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related disciplineExperience with upgrades and functional testing in the following EPM Modules : EDMCS, EPBCSPreferred functional knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud EPM applicationsAbility to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore), as well as clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolveAbility to travel as necessaryApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (KPMG) complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
