Are you passionate about helping others lead fulfilling, independent lives? The Arc of Centre County is looking for caring, dependable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you'll provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives-helping them achieve their goals and participate in their communities.

What You'll Do :

Support individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, personal care, medication reminders, and transportation

Encourage and support social, recreational, and community engagement

Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday life

Follow person-centered support plans and documentation requirements

Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For :

Compassionate and reliable individuals who enjoy helping others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)

Ability to pass a background check and any required training

Experience in human services or healthcare a plus, but not required-we will train the right candidate!
