Job Overview : The Campaign Manager will lead all global New Product Development (NPD) launches from concept to execution, acting as the orchestrator between brand strategy, creative, and cross-functional partners. This role is responsible for briefing creative, overseeing global asset development, and ensuring flawless execution across all markets, including China, EMEA, and North America.

You will shape the global campaign strategy and brand storytelling for each launch, ensuring all content, messaging, and toolkits are consistent, locally adaptable, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities :

NPD & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end execution of all global NPD launches and 360 campaigns
  • Create and brief marketing toolkits in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Develop global campaign strategies aligned with brand priorities and innovation pipeline
  • Ensure consistency of brand storytelling and messaging across all platforms

Creative Briefing & Asset Delivery

  • Lead the creative briefing process with Creative, Copy, and Digital teams
  • Manage project timelines to guarantee on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of assets
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure localization needs are met, especially in China and EMEA
  • Strategy, Process and Performance

  • Drive campaign planning and post-launch analysis with Power BI
  • Maintain and share weekly project status updates to align stakeholders
  • Develop and streamline processes and workflows for improved delivery
  • Retail & Trade Marketing Support :

  • Collaborate with Sales, Education, and Trade Marketing to incorporate their needs on the tool kits
  • Support execution of global go-to-market strategies across DTC and retail
  • Qualifications : Experience :

  • 8-10 years of experience in Global Marketing, Product Launches, or Campaign Management
  • Experience in the Beauty / Luxury industry preferred
  • Strong background working with Creative, Copy, and Digital teams
  • Skills :

  • Global mindset, with familiarity in the China market as a plus
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive
