Job Title : Ultrasound Technologist

Location : Holy Cross Hospital

Schedule : Primarily weekend shift 7a-3 : 30p, 3p- 11 : 30p

Department : Medical Imaging

Position Purpose

Holy Cross Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Ultrasound Technologist to join our Medical Imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic sonographic images while ensuring professional, patient-centered care in alignment with our mission. You will collaborate closely with Radiologists and other team members to support accurate diagnoses and positive patient outcomes.

What You Will Do

Perform high-quality sonograms and assist Radiologists in select procedures

Apply precise scanning techniques and maintain proper technical settings

Ensure proper care and safety of patients throughout imaging procedures

Monitor equipment functionality and adhere to sterile technique standards

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to infection control protocols

Identify patient care needs and use appropriate equipment and interventions for populations including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics

Maintain effective working relationships and support Holy Cross Health's mission, philosophy, and policies

Minimum Qualifications

ARDMS Certification - Required

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasonography Program

CPR Certification (American Heart Association)

Minimum 1 year of experience in ultrasonography preferred (including OB / GYN, abdominal, small parts, Doppler; vascular experience a plus)

Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English

Pay rate : $35.71 - $53.12

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
