My client is actively seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong background within Smartsheet utilization and best practices for their team based in downtown Chicago.
This opportunity will be 2-3 days onsite in Chicago, IL
Responsibilities
- Smartsheet Control Center Management : Analyze and refine project workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and outcomes across the portfolio
- Project Administration : Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, oversee email communications, manage Teams and folder, and track project invoices and deliverables
Process Optimization :
Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks, eliminate redundancies, and implement solutions that add measurable value to project goalsStakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project executionProcess Development : Assist in developing and implementing new processes that align with organizational objectivesProject Support : Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to project management / transformation officeTask Management : Prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing timelines while maintaining quality standardsRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a project coordinator / managerExpert in Smartsheet, including control center, dashboard creation, automated workflows, and reportingExposure to finance-related projects or systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan) is a plusProficiency in project management tools (preferably Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience supporting finance or operations projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word), Teams
