Smiles 4 Keeps brand new Reading location is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our dynamic team.

Well-established, multi-specialty dental group seeks an  Oral Surgeon  interested in working in a team-oriented environment. We are an enthusiastic group of providers looking for patient-focused, clinically skillful doctors. We offer competitive compensation, continuing education opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Position Highlights

  • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive surgical care for patients with various oral and maxillofacial conditions, including dental extractions, trauma, tumors, and dental implants.
  • Work closely with dental specialists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Opportunity to provide comprehensive care to our patients, contributing to our mission of patient first mentality and well-being of the communities we serve.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $3,000 min per day for full time or 40% of collections, whatever is more
  • Flexible schedule – easy hours and short days.
  • Large patient based (In- house referrals).
  • Amazing support team, nurses, dental assistants and brand-new facility with many rooms.
  • Benefits for a full-time providers
  • For full time providers we will include the following :
  • CME allowance and time
  • Relocation Assistance
  • Malpractice coverage

    • Practice Location : Bartonsville, PA

    Oral Surgeon Qualifications

  • DDS / DMD from an accredited University and active State Dental Board license
  • Graduate of an approved Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) training program.
  • Board Certified is a plus
  • A personable chair-side manner
  • Must be able to provide IV Sedation

    • Flexible Schedule : Part time or Full-Time availability
