Job Requirements

Registered Nurse – Float Pool | Full-Time | Springfield, MA Area

Pay Range : $39.83–$51.00 / hour (based on experience)

Differential : 10% float differential

Mileage reimbursement provided.

Hours : Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Service Area : Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Agawam, and Ludlow, MA

About The Role

You'll provide safe, high-quality dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) across several local clinics. This role combines the autonomy of travel nursing with the security of a permanent position —offering clinical variety, professional growth, and a supportive leadership team that ensures you're never on your own.

What You'll Do

• Provide dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical standards
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition
• Administer medications and respond to emergent changes
• Educate patients and families on dialysis and home care
• Support multiple teams while ensuring continuity of patient care
