Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) at Premier Community HealthCare Group (PCHG) provide patients with access to resources and behavioral health counseling. The LCSW provider serves patients who are confronting personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. We strive to serve our community in establishing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions for strong mentally healthy communities. This role will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make a significant impact on the well-being of PCHG patients.

Qualifications :

Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from an accredited program
