Job description

Description

Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Clinic Care Technician (0.9 FTE) to join the Baldwin Clinic. The primary focus of the position is to support the on-going delivery of care as delegated by the professional clinical staff. Duties include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, height and weight, and collection of basic patient data in the clinic or on the phone, documenting in the electronic medical record, room preparation, and administrative duties. All of this is done to support the organization's mission while living our values.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • WI Certified Nursing Assistant license
  • CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience with electronic medical records
  • Previous experience in a behavioral health, medical, and / or community health care setting

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Critical thinking skills (foresight to pre planning of visits)
  • Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks / projects concurrently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic medical records
  • Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information
  • Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards

    • Work Schedule :

  • 0.9 FTE - 72 hours per biweekly pay period
  • Saturday Urgent Care rotation - 8am - 2pm
