A company is looking for a Clinic Capacity Management Liaison. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between division / specialty leaders and the Capacity Management team, ensuring proper request handling Leverage analytics to shape access goals, identify priority interventions, and communicate actionable steps to leaders Review and assess change requests for alignment with standards and propose solutions to enhance patient access Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required Three years of experience in analytics, reporting, Information Systems, or Capacity Management required Experience with healthcare practice operations and EHR scheduling workflows required Knowledge of medical practice operations and scheduling specifics, particularly in Epic and Cadence Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with workflow diagramming tools
