• What You’ll Do We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Robotics Service Engineer to join our team in developing a groundbreaking robotic system that addresses the complex challenges of stroke care.
• In this role, you will own the operation and maintenance of prototype systems, including reliability, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• You will also play a key role in supporting pre-clinical and clinical labs, enabling critical evaluation of system performance both in the lab and in real-world settings.

System Service and Maintenance – Ensure functionality of prototype systems and pre-production units in the field; coordinate subsystem integration; develop and execute procedures for component upgrades and preventive maintenance Service Infrastructure – Build the foundation of service work instructions for future in-field serviceability; implement processes to monitor system performance and deploy them to field units Diagnose and Resolve System Issues – Proactively identify and investigate system issues and test edge cases to uncover potential failures; document, track, and communicate defects; collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine root cause, implement solutions, and verify fixes Lab Support – Support system operation for execution of pre-clinical and clinical labs System Testing – Contribute to system verification activities by executing test protocols and documenting test reports; develop and maintain test tools to enable automated and manual testing What You’ll Bring :
