Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for a front-line supervisor to oversee the daily completion of projects, focusing on Concrete Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership : Champion our safety culture and ensure a safe working environment.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to provide clear, timely instructions.
• Supervision and Training : Guide, train, and coach your team to successfully complete daily tasks.
• Plan Interpretation : Read and follow owner's plans and specifications accurately.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure proper compaction, quality handwork, and overall aesthetics of the work.
• Hands-On Support : Step in as an equipment operator or laborer when needed.
• Adaptability : Communicate changes in job conditions to the Project Manager and Superintendent, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Equipment Management : Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment, and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Site Maintenance : Keep the job site and equipment clean and orderly.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate time and material records for daily job costing.
• Flexibility : Perform other duties as assigned and be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
