New Jersey Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal - In Office, Hybrid or Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial marketing compliance contact for the Marketing and Sales departments

Support marketing compliance responsibilities, including reviews and audits of marketing collateral

Assist in creating, editing, revising, and proofreading legal documents and contracts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant job experience required

2+ years of paralegal transactional experience, preferably in real estate or mortgage industry

Knowledge of consumer finance and residential mortgage regulations

Contracts review experience is a plus

Experience performing legal research
