Learning Experience Designer

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop tutorial and explainer videos using multimedia assets

Apply learning theory and instructional design best practices to create course materials

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and conduct research on course topics

Required Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent experience; background in adult education preferred

Three years of experience with Adobe Creative tools

LMS or CMS administration experience

Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with minimal assistance

Experience in a high-growth tech company
