About Your Role

As a Customer Success Expert, you’ll support pharmacy customers in maximizing the value of RxPost by :

Assisting sales team with follow-up outreach
Onboarding and training new users
Advising on buying and selling decisions
Acting as a customer advocate internally
Solving problems using your pharmacy experience
Working across phone, chat, video, and email to make sure customers feel confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Expert, your role will include :

Sales Follow-Up : Assist the sales team with follow-up outreach to ensure a smooth handoff and timely engagement.

Onboarding New Customers : Guide pharmacies through setup with personalized support.

Training & Support : Teach users how to manage inventory and source medications.

Proactive Engagement : Host 1-on-1 communications and stay ahead of customer needs.

Advocacy & Insight : Share customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing.

Problem-Solving : Offer thoughtful, pharmacy-informed solutions.

About You

We're looking for someone who is :

Experienced : 2+ years as a pharmacy technician

Customer-Focused : A passion for helping others succeed

Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using SaaS tools, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.

Solution-Oriented : Can analyze issues and propose improvements

Growth-Minded : Willing to learn and own key success metrics

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $40,000 annually → $50,000 after successful year 1

Remote Work : High-speed internet & quiet space required

Daily Tasks

1. Customer Engagement

📞 Make outbound calls to assist customers

💬 Respond to email, chat, and support tickets

2. Onboarding & Follow-Up

🤝 Assist Sales with follow-ups

🎉 Welcome new customers and conduct onboarding calls

✅ Ensure new users activate and succeed

3. Planning & Coordination

🗓️ Review daily tasks & align with team

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Participate in team huddles and goal check-ins

4. Training & Enablement

🧑‍🏫 Provide one-on-one or group training

🛠️ Troubleshoot issues with SaaS platform

5. Customer Advocacy

📊 Gather feedback & share insights

🔁 Propose process or product improvements

6. Quality Assurance

🧾 Verify pharmacy licenses

💸 Perform manual “make an offer” cost checks
