Strategic Operations Manager

This highly impactful and visible role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and serving as a trusted advisor to a functional SVP leader in executing the team's vision and running the daily team's operations. The person in this role applies a strategy, operations, and delivery mindset to bring strategic planning & communication, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership to ensure that the organization's goals are defined, monitored, and achieved effectively and efficiently.

Your Day To Day

• Drive disciplined execution through exceptional organization, structure, and follow-through to turn conversations & plans into tangible outcomes
• Orchestrate organizational planning and priority-setting in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams
• Lead with a hands-on, organized approach that brings clarity, discipline, and momentum to complex initiatives - managing functional-wide project planning and overseeing timely, on-budget delivery by coordinating resources and mitigating risks
• Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategy, while creating executive communications to drive clarity, buy-in, and progress tracking
• Implement clear structure and drive process improvements and KPI development to optimize operations, measure success, and identify areas for growth
• Foster leadership alignment and a supportive culture through meeting facilitation, goal-setting, recognition, and cross-functional collaboration on key initiatives

What We Need From You

Location Atlanta GA (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $138,942 to $175,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
