Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Critical Care Medical ICU | Leadership Role in Adult Intensive Care

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager to lead our Critical Care Medical ICU team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, delegate, direct, and evaluate all services delivered by the Adult Critical Care departments and personnel in alignment with hospital mission, vision, and strategic goals
• Collaborate and coordinate with interdisciplinary leadership teams to ensure nursing care in adult critical care settings meets recognized nursing techniques, established standards, and professional practice guidelines
• Develop, recommend, and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of patient care within the critical care specialty area
• Partner with medical staff and other healthcare disciplines to optimize patient outcomes and care delivery processes
• Maintain effective communication channels across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork
• Negotiate resources and manage departmental operations to ensure optimal staffing, equipment, and supplies for the Medical ICU
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, infection control protocols, and evidence-based critical care practices
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs within the intensive care unit
