Contract Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage intake and assist with projects related to contract operations

Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations and providers, processing various contract documents

Train internal teams on systems and investigate non-standard requests and problems

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

At least 2 years of work experience in a California Managed Care environment or healthcare-related industry

Experience working with healthcare claims

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Must reside within the Pacific Time Zone and be able to work full-time, Monday - Friday
