Our journey began in 2004, when our director—a passionate Occupational Therapist—founded Child Success Center as a place where every child is truly at the center of their own success. Over time, our vision grew into a beautiful clinic, now home to multiple sensory gyms and a team of highly skilled therapists across disciplines (ST, OT, BT, ET, MFT). We are currently searching for a
- Lead Experienced Speech Therapist (3-5+ years)
- to join our team and partner closely with our director in leading and expanding our speech department. This role requires strong clinical skills, a passion for working directly with children, and a genuine commitment to helping them thrive. In addition, it offers a unique opportunity to learn from our director's expertise in private practice, gaining mentorship and insight into what it takes to succeed in this setting.
- Your Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and treatment for children aged 1-12 across :
- A variety of speech / language delays and diagnoses
- Collaborate closely with OTs, BTs, ETs, and MFTs
- Maintain strong documentation and parent communication
- Participate in team meetings and parent education
- Support with intake calls, family onboarding, and community outreach
- Preferred Training / Experience
- The following is preferred, however not required. We are happy to help introduce you to these experiences as well.

- What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence - CCC-SLP (required)
- Valid California SLP license (required)
- 3+ years of pediatric experience
- Strong report writing and interpersonal skills
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and lifelong learning
- Interest in sensory integration (or a desire to learn more)
