We are currently searching for a

• Lead Experienced Speech Therapist (3-5+ years)
• to join our team and partner closely with our director in leading and expanding our speech department. This role requires strong clinical skills, a passion for working directly with children, and a genuine commitment to helping them thrive. In addition, it offers a unique opportunity to learn from our director's expertise in private practice, gaining mentorship and insight into what it takes to succeed in this setting.
• Your Responsibilities
• Provide assessment and treatment for children aged 1-12 across :
• A variety of speech / language delays and diagnoses
• Collaborate closely with OTs, BTs, ETs, and MFTs
• Maintain strong documentation and parent communication
• Participate in team meetings and parent education
• Support with intake calls, family onboarding, and community outreach
• Preferred Training / Experience
• The following is preferred, however not required. We are happy to help introduce you to these experiences as well.

• Oral motor and feeding therapy techniques
• Myofunctional therapy
• What We're Looking For
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence - CCC-SLP (required)
• Valid California SLP license (required)
• 3+ years of pediatric experience
• Strong report writing and interpersonal skills
• Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and lifelong learning
• Interest in sensory integration (or a desire to learn more)

Pay : $98,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
