What You'll Do : Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location. Provide customer service by addressing questions and / or concerns from visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner. Follow site-specific policies and procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and the client site. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions. Document observations and / or incidents in daily activity reports according to company standards. Support emergency response activities as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
