Responsibilities

• Developing insurance quotes, issuing COI (certificate of insurance), providing proof of coverage, running MVR's, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documents as requested.
• Responding to queries, problem solving.
• Obtain and ensure current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner in all communication, via telephone, email, and face to face.
• Work closely with Commercial Team members in providing fast, friendly and professional service to our many clients.
