We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor, as you will be the face of our company to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair : Accurately diagnose and repair system failures on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, etc.).
• Maintenance : Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshooting : Efficiently troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including controls, motors, compressors, and refrigerant systems.
• Customer Interaction : Clearly and professionally communicate diagnoses, repair options, and maintenance recommendations to customers. Provide quotes for repairs.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of all service calls, parts used, and work performed using our digital work order system.
• Safety & Compliance : Adhere to all company, local, and federal safety standards and regulations.
• On-Call : Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency after-hours and weekend service.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company service vehicle.
