Healthcare United is actively recruiting an Endocrinologist to join a progressive academic health system near Otsego Lake(Central New York), with a strong affiliation with Columbia University. Here's an overview of this exciting opportunity :

• We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Endocrinologist.
• You'll join an established team of 3 physicians, 2 diabetes advanced practice clinicians, and 3 diabetes nurse specialists.
• The role involves outpatient endocrinology clinic care with shared in-patient call responsibilities.
• Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with various endocrinopathies, covering the pituitary, parathyroid, thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, metabolism, and bone diseases.
• You'll engage in collaboration with other specialties to provide comprehensive care to patients with endocrinopathies.
• Supervise and teach medical residents and students in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Opportunities for supported clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Active participation in division meetings, quality improvement activities, and continuing medical education.
