As a Field Service Technician, you are the front line of the company's mission-helping industries run smarter, safer, and more sustainably. This highly independent role requires technical expertise in fluid process control. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows :
Maintain and grow customer relationships by partnering with plant operators, engineers, and managers.Visit industrial and commercial facilities daily to monitor and optimize water systems.Run complex water tests, troubleshoot equipment, and apply innovative solutions to keep systems operating at peak performance.Use new technology and automation tools to track performance, deliver results, and document services accurately.Manage a service territory, requiring daily travel within a 2-3 hour radius of your home base.Actively support continuous improvement and expand technical knowledge through uncapped continuing education opportunities.The background of the successful candidate must include the following :
