WHAT YOU'LL DO : The Market Research Analyst leverages TruStone's Marketing Automation / Analytics Platforms for a variety of strategic and tactical uses, including but not limited to target marketing, campaign analysis, member segmentation and member engagement. Secondarily, the role leverages the Member / Customer Relationship Management (MRM / CRM) system. Both systems are optimized in ongoing collaboration with Marketing product line and channel owners, Retail Sales, Operations, and IT.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING : Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office; exempt. In addition : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in marketing / analytics / sales & service, preferred. Financial institution experience a plus. Experience with a CRM or equivalent system preferred. Experience with a Marketing Automation / Analytics platform preferred. Marquis ExecuTrax system experience a plus. Excellent data manipulation skills within Microsoft Excel or equivalent system, preferred. Proficiency in presentation tools; proficiency in production media, preferred. Excellent public speaking and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks. Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
