Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage The Manchester Fund, driving annual giving strategies.

Oversee donor stewardship, ensuring meaningful recognition.

Cultivate relationships with alumni, parents, and friends.

Supervise and mentor the Assistant Director.

Your Background :

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Proven experience in fundraising or donor relations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
