Job descriptionSeven (7) shifts per month 1 week on / 3 weeks off rotation 16-hour shifts Monday–Sunday Shift Hours : 7 : 00 a.m. – 11 : 00 p.m. Next Available Block : February 2nd – 8th Max Pay Rate to Provider : $250 / hr Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain) Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred

We are seeking an Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist to provide locum tenens coverage at a leading regional medical center in Northern California. This is a well-supported, team-based environment ideal for physicians who enjoy structured acute psychiatric care.
Position Highlights
- Two inpatient units (4C & 4D)
- Total Beds : 43 acute psychiatric beds
- Unit 4C Census : ~23 patients
- Unit 4D Census : ~20 patients
- Population : Adults (18+)
- EMR : EPIC
- Support Team Includes :
- Clerks
- Utilization Review Nurses
- Social Workers
- Occupational Therapy
- Physicians & Multidisciplinary Staff
