Overview Expected pay for this position is $35.84 - $59.13 / hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY : The Manager, Physician Offices is responsible for communicating, implementing and monitoring the operational and strategic objectives of OSF MG assigned site(s). When applicable, working as a leadership dyad with the Lead Clinician of the assigned site(s). Through strong working relationships with physicians and administrative leaders, ensures the provision of quality care delivery and standardized efficient operations in the assigned site(s). Serves as a visionary leader and role model of the OSF Leader Core Competencies. Positively support the OSF vision and Key Results. Lead the process of change within the assigned site(s). Supports a culture of continuous improvement and conveys the need for change to Mission Partners, so they are able to see the vision and reason for change. This position will be managing the CVI - Cardiology Clinic. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Education : Associate's degree Experience : Associate's degree AND 4 years leadership experience OR Bachelor's degree AND 2 years leadership experience License : active RN License in the state of IL Other Skills / Knowledge : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
