Required Skills:

• Valid plumber’s license
• Strong experience in commercial plumbing systems
• Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in residential plumbing
• Knowledge of green plumbing solutions
• Previous work on commercial construction sites
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant plumbing certification
• 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing roles preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to work sites up to an hour from Rochester
• Availability for a project duration of 2-3 months, with future assignments possible based on performance
• Proven commercial plumbing work history with valid references
