Job description

Location : Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego

Job Overview :

Lead employment litigation, handling discrimination, harassment, wage / hour class actions,  EEOC / DFEH responses, depositions, trials / arbitrations, and advise on federal / state  employment law.

Requirements :

  • 4-7 years in employment litigation (open to more senior)
  • Trial or arbitration experience
  • Must have labour relations or employee relations experience. Someone who sits  between litigation and investigations
  • Deep knowledge of ADA / FEHA, FMLA / CFRA, leave policy, wage laws
  • Client counselling and labour relations background
  • Must include writing sample & transcripts
