Compensation : $20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Order Materials : Source and procure production materials, maintenance parts, and primary inventory items to keep projects on track.
- Inventory Management : Conduct weekly counts of bulk inventory items and deliver clear, concise reports to senior purchasing personnel.
- Fleet & Equipment Oversight : Manage maintenance and repairs for our transportation fleet and material handling equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Receiving & Processing : Oversee the receiving and processing of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Accountability : Provide transparent updates and reports to project managers and senior management on all inventory and equipment activities.
- Forklift Operation : Perform occasional light forklift duties to support warehouse operations.
- Travel : Make periodic visits to vendors and project job sites to ensure alignment and quality control.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Comfort with basic forklift operation (training provided if needed).Excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors, project managers, and senior leadership.A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally to vendor locations or job sites.Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or equipment maintenance is a plus, but not required.About Company
