Location : Gardena / Carson, CA (Hybrid 9 days / month on-site, remainder remote)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. Youll support full-cycle AP functions including invoice processing, vendor relations, and compliance. Ideal for someone with Excel skills and high-volume AP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process 100+ AP invoices daily (full-cycle)
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing / payment issues
• Maintain accurate records and exception logs
• Generate and analyze AP reports
• Support AP Supervisor with projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Schedule & Work Environment

Hybrid schedule : 9 days / month on-site in Gardena / Carson; rest remote

Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Long-term temporary position
