- Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, this role supports the preparation and distribution of prescribed medications and healthcare products.
- Key responsibilities include reconstituting medications, compounding sterile preparations, managing inventory, delivering medications to patient care units, replenishing automated dispensing cabinets, and participating in scheduled Terminal Cleanings.
- Clerical tasks include answering phones, filing invoices, stocking shelves, and performing data entry.
- Precision and accuracy are critical to ensure patient safety.
