General

  • Position Type : Part-time, contractor (6-12 months expected)
  • Location : Denver, CO or New York, NY
  • In-office expectations : Office available to work from if interested, contractors are not required to work in-office.
  • Hours Expected : 20-25 / week
  • Pay : $30 / hour

About the Role

In this role, you will support insurance policy administration on the Operations Team.

What You'll Work On

  • Help the Operations team manage the policy issuance and processing ticketing system, prevent backlogs, and support overall efficiency across the team
  • Ensure timely delivery of insurance policies and endorsements to brokers and insured clients
  • Collaborate with Underwriters to review policy terms, conditions, and pricing for accuracy before issuance
  • Maintain detailed policy records and support data quality across Parsyl's policy administration systems

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in operations, administration, or process-oriented roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work accurately with complex information and multiple data points.
  • Interest in technology systems and process improvement with eagerness to learn new software platforms.
  • Proven ability to learn complex and nuanced processes quickly and apply them consistently.
  • Interest in maintaining clear documentation and using standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
