Requirements :
Certification as a School Psychologist by the Michigan Department of EducationExperience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support educational decisionsKnowledge of positive behavior support (PBIS) and universal strategies for managing behavioral concernsSkilled in administering and interpreting educational and psychological assessmentsStrong understanding of Special Education Law under the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE)Proven ability to develop and implement modifications and accommodations for diverse learnersExperience conducting psychological evaluations within school environmentsExcellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with staff, families, and community partnersCommitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professional standardsResponsibilities :
Serve students across assigned schools within the school district.Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations of students.Identify barriers to learning and recommend effective instructional strategies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine eligibility for special education services.Support individualized instruction and develop data-driven intervention plans.Collect, analyze, and interpret academic and behavioral data.Provide consultation and guidance to staff and parents on student needs.Refer and coordinate with community agencies for additional student support.Participate in school-based support and crisis intervention teams.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records and documentation.Stay current with best practices and developments in school psychology.Report directly to the Building Principal(s) and Executive Director of Student Support Services.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.About AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing :
