Job descriptionPossess the ability and experience to manage estimating operations. Minimum 5 years’ experience Quickbid and O.S.T software required. Must be a team leader and people person. Prepare estimates for Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T & EIFS. Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contract documents. Provide value engineering suggestions, alternates or price breakouts as required. Verbal or written communications with general contractor. Have the ability to aggressively pursue sales and business development . Report directly to the owner. Attend construction events and seminars, related to the industry, as directed by management
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
