Oncology - Radiation Physician

Specialty accepted : Radiation Oncology Start date or shifts : November 1, 2025 - ongoing; full-time schedule Daily schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.; call every other week concurrent with outpatient coverage Practice setting : Hospital-based (Outpatient and On-call Inpatient Consults) Types of procedures : 2D & 3D radiation therapy, IMRT, IGRT, DIBH, SBRT, SRS, and brachytherapy (cylinders only); simulations (2-3 daily); daily image review Number of patients : 30 treatment patients per day on average; 2 new consults, 1 reevaluation, and 2 follow-ups daily Ages : Adults Additional information : Must hold or obtain Pennsylvania license (IMLC accepted); prefers local / drive-in candidates (only one flight comped per month); call involves patient inquiries and inpatient radiation consultations; Epic EMR; average 8-12 consults per week shared with another physician; two linacs (Trilogy & EDGE TrueBeam) with full support staff including physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and nurses; chart rounds Wednesdays at 8 : 00 a.m.; peer review Tuesdays; privileges within 30 days Benefits : Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $2,000 per referral.
