🩺 Med Surg / Telemetry RN – Neptune, NJ & Bricktown, NJ

Pay : $46–$53 / hr

Schedule : 3x12s | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

📍 Neptune, NJ – Night Shift

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (3x12s)

Assignment : 13 Weeks

Every Other Weekend Required | 3 of 6 Holidays Required | Float to Like Units

Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Med Surg / Telemetry unit. The RN plans, implements, and documents care based on individual patient needs and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
  • Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and perform therapeutic interventions per physician orders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Promote evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.

    • Requirements :

  • Active NJ RN License or Compact License
  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • BLS (AHA) , Telemetry , NIHSS , and Stroke CEU (4 hours) required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg / Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital
  • Strong ability to manage patient load and prioritize care in a high-acuity setting

    • 📍 Bricktown, NJ – Day Shift

    Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM (3x12s)

    Assignment : 13 Weeks

    Every Other Weekend & Holidays Required | First to Float | 5–6 : 1 Patient Ratio

    Job Summary :

    Seeking an experienced RN to join the Med Surg / Telemetry team in Bricktown, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, manage telemetry monitoring, and support a collaborative clinical environment.

    Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate, plan, and coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor telemetry and manage non-titratable cardiac drips.
  • Document patient status and care provided accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

    • Requirements :

  • Active NJ RN License or Compact License
  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • BLS (AHA) , Telemetry , and ACLS required
  • 2–4+ years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience in a major acute care facility
  • Experience with non-titratable cardiac drips and cardiac medications
