Ardurra is seeking a Data Analytics & AI Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX! This position is open to remote applicants (preferably near major Ardurra offices).

Primary Function :

You’ll be responsible for developing Ardurra’s enterprise data foundation, building analytics and automation capabilities, and working directly with business leaders to deliver measurable impact through data insights and AI-driven efficiencies. You will combine strong technical execution skills with strategic thinking. This role is ideal for someone who can architect and build data solutions hands-on, while shaping the direction of Ardurra’s data and AI initiatives.

Primary Duties :

Data Strategy & Execution

• Translate business priorities into actionable data and AI solutions across HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other functions.
• Define and execute the data and analytics roadmap in alignment with the company’s digital transformation goals.
• Balance strategy and delivery — able to design, build, and implement solutions end-to-end.
