Kohler Co. is recruiting for Faucet Manufacturing Engineering Co-ops for 2026. Engineering or technical majors are encouraged to apply. About the role

Provide a well-rounded educational work experience for a student seeking a career in Manufacturing Engineering, emphasizing test, automation, and process related to faucet fabrication. The co-op works under the direction of an assigned mentor within their specific placement area, serving as a contact for questions regarding job responsibilities, personal development, or the company. Kohler Co. strives to hire successful co-ops into entry-level positions, building a talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly fixture design and fabrication
  • Support core process on faucet business
  • Support assembly automation robotic research cell development
  • Support technology supplier and equipment evaluations
  • Support digital transformation development
  • Work with cross-functional team to refine group standards
  • Present accomplishments at Kohler Co. leadership networking event
  • All other areas as assigned

Skills / Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university with a major in engineering
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
