The Oil Change Tech must be able to :

Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies

Test-drive vehicles

Own your own tools

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.

Qualifications

Entry-Level Position. No Certifications required. . .

Will train High school diploma or equivalent required

Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination

Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Positive, friendly attitude, along with eagerness to improve

Ability to learn new technology

Repair and service procedures and specifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record . .

State inspection License
