Position Info The Restaurant Server's Assistant is responsible for assisting the server in taking food and drink orders from restaurant guests, serving the orders and accommodating special needs / requests. Remains attentive to the customers throughout the entire dining experience. The Assistant asl is responsible for washing, and organizing china, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans per standards. Other responsibilities include maintaining proper storage of dish dollies, glass racks and flatware along with emptying and washing garbage cans. This position must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. QUALIFICATIONS :

• Food / Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Able to handle high heat and moisture
• Previous experience preferred
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
