Director of Sales Operations – EmpowerHome

Full-Time | In-Office | Leadership Role | Real Estate Operations & Team Management

EmpowerHome, one of the nation’s top-performing real estate teams, is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead performance, streamline business operations, and drive sustainable growth at the local level.

This leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations, real estate management, and team leadership . You’ll be at the center of empowering agents for success — overseeing daily operations, onboarding and coaching new agents, and ensuring the team delivers world-class client service.

Compensation

  • Base Salary : $55,000 – $65,000 annually
  • Bonus Potential :
  • $10,000–$20,000+ in Year 1
  • $20,000+ after the first full year
  • Profit Share : 2% of net profit growth (paid monthly in arrears)
  • Production Bonus : 5% of GCI on the first 5 transactions of new agents that join the team

    Responsibilities :

    What You Will Be Doing :

    Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Lead onboarding and launch of new agents into the EmpowerHome system.
  • Coach agents on client service, sales conversion, and proven EmpowerHome strategies.
  • Assign team-generated appointments strategically to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Provide hands-on coaching through agents’ first five transactions.
  • Ensure consistent use of EmpowerHome’s sales systems, CRM, and best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to align with company goals.
  • Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the local EmpowerHome office.
  • Train and manage operational staff (listing managers, transaction coordinators).
  • Manage the local office budget, including AP / AR tracking and expense approvals.
  • Handle compliance, contracts, and financial documentation with the Market Center.
  • Maintain efficient workflows and drive operational excellence across the team.
  • Onboarding & Training

  • Lead onboarding for all new agents to ensure a smooth transition into production.
  • Integrate new team members into EmpowerHome’s culture, systems, and workflows.
  • Deliver training that equips agents and staff for success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team & Client Experience

  • Plan and execute local team and client events in collaboration with HQ Marketing.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the local office and EmpowerHome leadership.
  • Foster a positive, growth-minded culture that enhances productivity and morale.
  • Systems Management & Reporting

  • Review real estate tracking and management software (CTE or similar) for accuracy.
  • Oversee CRM systems to ensure timely follow-up and proper pipeline management.
  • Support rollout of new lead generation initiatives (Open House, Sign, and Success Story Systems).
  • Prepare materials and agendas for local and regional team meetings.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong background in sales operations, real estate operations, or business management .
  • High proficiency in CRM systems , data tracking, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing and tracking budgets.
  • Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in sales operations or real estate operations.
  • Active Real Estate License required.
  • Experience managing operational staff and coaching real estate professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate process .
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, CRMs, MLS, and real estate tracking tools .
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to excellence.
