Flow Dry Technologies is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Brookville, Ohio. This is a hands-on, individual contributor roleideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex problems, and is dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support our IATF 16949 Quality Management System
• Maintain and support our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective / preventive actions
• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including PPAPs, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and Internal Audits
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality issues and support external audit preparation
• Track and report key quality metrics (scrap, rework, customer complaints)
• Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with Production and Engineering to resolve real-time quality concerns
